Passionate about the creation of unique, learner centered opportunities, he prides himself on maximizing the “knowledge in the room.” With nearly two decades in education, Adam possesses a confident comfort in his philosophy and practice of being a change accelerator. Having been afforded opportunities to serve in a variety of leadership roles along the entire PreKindergarten through 12th grade continuum, he thrives in scenarios that reside outside of the box. A champion for converting impossible to possible, his motivation to ensure access to innovation learning for of all stakeholders has been solidified through opportunities to dream, design and deliver a blended learning flex model, community based non-traditional high school, multiple small school programs and a public PreK through 8th grade Montessori program.
Adam’s experiences as a principal and former ASCD faculty member have fueled his belief in celebrating the exquisite balance between the art and science of teaching for learning, with a passion for delivering high quality professional development to a variety of audience throughout the country.
Adam holds an Masters degree in educational leadership, a Master of Science in curriculum, instruction and assessment, and a Bachelor of the Arts in special education and business administration.
